I hope that's all! I haven't seen an appeal uploaded on TDEC's site yet. He has until 9/13 to file it. They are typically very quick about uploading anything regarding this case.

Went by today. There is some work being done on the property adjacent to the shoppes property... uh.. if I have my bearings right.

Yeah, they bushhogged (mowed) that property on Walnut north of the Shoppes property. It has been for sale and I imagine that will be a hot property now that Shoppes is being built.
Also I notice that they finally mowed the empty Appleby's lot for the first time this summer.

I saw this posted at the job site today, facing Walnut directly across the street from the Mormon church. I assume this is related to Shoppes at Eagle Point. "SWPPP" is short for Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan.

A friend at city hall confirmed that this is related to Shoppes at Eagle Point, and that the developer closed on the property on Friday. There should be more about this in the H-C in the next day or two.

I drove by today and saw a bulldozer and excavator on property. They have laid down some gravel and made an access road on the Walnut Avenue side.
