So 5 Below responded to me today that they plan on opening late August, Chipotle answered with sometime in October.

A couple of the outparcels are now spoken for. Part of Outparcel 1 (in red) is Panda Express, and all of Outparcel 3 (in blue) is a strip of stores that wasn't included in the original plans. I assume this means that CBL isn't having any problems finding retailers.

The mayor posted on his Facebook page that Publix will open by the first of September, and in addition to the restaurants already announced (Chipotle, Five Guys, Panda Express, Panera) two more restaurants are about to be announced.

Looks good. I could see a fast casual pizza place in that development as well. Burkes Outlet, Marshalls or Cabellas would be nice for Cookeville, too.

The mayor announced that the women's fashion store Torrid has signed on at Shoppes at Eagle Point. This is quite a coup as Torrid typically has locations in much larger cities or in large regional malls. Torrid's current Tennessee locations:

Another retailer has announced it's coming to Cookeville. Carter's Babies and Kids has on its web site that it will open at Shoppes at Eagle Point in November.
