I recently purchased property in the Hawks Bluff development in Spencer. I am looking for someone who does land clearing at a reasonable price. It seems to be hard to get anyone other than people associated with the development. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thumbs up Land Clearing

maryn,

thanks for replying to my question. we purchased 3 acres of property in phase 3 of the hawks bluff development. i am really not looking to build at this time, i just want to get my property cleared. i am not planning on building for another 2 or 3 years. we like to travel to TN for vacation and make plans for the property for our pending retirement. if you know anyone who does land clearing i would love to get their number from you. please let me know.

I would like to know the general price of land clearing as well.
1. Heavily wooded
2. new growth of previously graded land

Sawmills usually know who can clear your land. Look in local yellow pages.

Oh yeah and no stumps but no erosion or dirt brought in to fill the holes for root balls.

Default hawks bluff

We have land in Hawks Bluff, looking for information on the area, and plan on clearing our land to build on in the future. Does any one know of someone that is reasonable to clear land. Please let us know. Looking for referrals.
Thank you, KathyLyn
