Please, give me some info on the City Lake Natural Area. I looked it up on Mapquest with Bridgeway as the address. It showed that Bridgeway led into a bunch of houses. Is the public area in among the houses or does it stop before then?

I know that it is a 40-acre area, but where are those 40 acres?
Where is the fishing pier? What kind of fish?
Are there water birds?
If one buys a house in East Lake Estates, Poplar Estates, Lake Valley, etc., will people be tramping all over your yard?
Are boats allowed? By home owners? By the public?

JMT suggested that area to me as waterfront I might be able to afford so if JMT or anyone else can help me, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Ive driven just a small bit in those developments. From what I saw most houses are past the park/lake although Im pretty sure some houses have lake front. I havent caught any fish from the lake I would assume the usual fish, bass, bluegill, maybe perch. There are ducks and geese, might see some herrons. Its been awhile since I hiked around the park, but I dont remember being very close to anyones yard. Not real sure about boats, but I think so. Since its public park, I would think anyone could put in a boat if its allowed.
I know that probably dosent help much, maybe someone else knows more.

Dont take what I say as the gospel, but driving thru there they look to be aout 1/2 acre. You probably want to contact a realtor.
