My husband and I are from Minne"snow"ta. Relocating to Rickman area. We bought a brand new home. 1800 square Feet. Wondering what average electric and water bills are like. We have about 2 weeks of high humidity in Mn but lots and lots of cold weather. We have natural gas in Mn, which isnt to expensive. Our water and sewer bill is together. With that said, the utility Co. can't give me an idea because it's a brand new home. Your summers are more humid than ours. Any help you could give? Excited to get down to the Rickman/Livingston area. Thank you!

Depends on how you heat the house in winter. Electric will generally be higher in winter if it's heat pump. Some people use a stove to help reduce electric costs.

Running A/C is not too bad, usually around $200 in the summer.
