My husband and I can live anywhere and we are considering Cookeville and Crossville after a ton of research. We're on the hunt for a buyer's agent that can work with us remotely in finding the right home in the 150 - 300 range. It's a bit daunting buying a house "sight unseen" but we're ready to make the jump! (We come from the NW but don't worry, we don't bring our state's politics with us and we are originally from the South and look forward to coming home. )

We also would like to work with a local lender who is familiar with working with people in our situation --- remote.

Any recommendations? Thank you in advance.

As a friendly reminder, realtor recommendations should be sent via Direct Message, not posted here in the forum. In addition, realtors are not allowed to solicit or advertise at all, even via Direct Message.

It's no problem. I sent you a Direct Message, by the way.

Thank you so much for the DMs!

We are in our 40s and my husband works from home. I am a serial entrepreneur and a housewife (yes, we do exist) - I garden extensively, too. Looking forward to Cookeville very much. It has been forever since I had a Chick-fil-a and a sweet tea.

I hear you about Chick-fil-a. There are actually two of them in Cookeville if you count the one in the food court at the university.

Anyway, just to whet your appetite, here are some country homes in your price range that have recently sold in Cookeville, all in areas that have gigabit internet as well as being in beautiful areas.

Default Me too!

Hey y'all, We're looking for farmland in TN and Cookeville is high on our list. I saw that realtor recommendations aren't allowed to be posted, but I would appreciate them via DM if you have them. Thank you!
