It looks like Casey’s is coming to Cookeville, I found this on their website.
Their breakfast pizza is amazing!

Until 2 weeks ago that was a Minit Mart gas station/convenience store. It looks like Casey's has bought out the Minit Mart locations in Middle Tennessee and will be converting them all over the next few months. This was in the Clarksville news the same time that Casey's bought the Cookeville Minit Mart:

It's the country's 3rd largest convenience store chain after 7-11 and Circle K. I've never had their pizza but friends in the Midwest swear by it. Everything is homemade right there in house. Casey's claims to be the country's 5th largest pizza place.

Confirmed in the local business journal:

It may sound crazy, but for a gas station Casey's does have really really good pizza.

Casey’s is HUGE here in Iowa. It’s like patriotic especially in rural Iowa. Most politicians from out of state will include Casey’s in their election tours, lol. I like their pizza once in awhile. Some people are religious about it, though. Their breakfast pizza is my favorite.

Below is a link explaining Iowa’s obsession with Casey’s pizza. I’m surprised and excited they’ve made their way down to Tennessee! Will be interesting to hear your comments.

It has to be better than Hunt Brothers; apologies to Hunt Brothers fans. Although, I am partial to Godfather's Pizza.

I can also vouch for their breakfast pizza. They usually only have the ready to make coffee from the overhead grounds containers, though. I prefer the already made coffee places.
