The Upper Cumberland Rodeo Club will be hostng the Tennessee High School Rodeo Association at Hyder Burks on October 4&5. Performance times Saturday 7:00pm and Sunday 1:30pm. John, my daughter is a barrel racer...but she's 28 -- sure not in high school! Is this a high school rodeo event or is it open to the public? The article was not clear. Thanks for the heads up.

It said it's the Tennessee High School Rodeo Association so I assume that means it's for high school students. Sorry about that.

Big deal. I'm 59 years old and even I can outrun a barrel....at least if it's standing on end.

LOL! You must be FAST to out-run a speedy barrel! "Barrel racer" does sound funny now that I think about it!
