When we were in FFG last summer we were told there are areas that allow manufactured homes, they can't be built everywhere in the area.
I hope I have that right, we were given a lot of info while we were there.

Fairfield Glade Question
I have a question to residents of FFG who frequent this forum - are properties allowed to have fences in their yard for pets? I know this is a HOA restricted community-are there any regulations that should be noted?

I'll be sure to check out the site. I knew manufactured homes were only allowed in certain areas of The Glade but had never read the sctual regs.

FFG & Mfg Homes
Mfg. homes are allowed in a couple of areas and they must still meet the requirements of any other home as far as the setbacks, color, footings/skirts, etc. If checkout their community website at
www.fairfieldglade.cc
you can look at the building rules/restrictions. Look under community services, architectural controls, mfg. homes. FFG is a wonderful looking retirement area, but they have lots of restrictions and rules.
