Thanks again for the info. My father-in-law had Alzheimers. It's a cruel disease. I wish you much speed in your move to Tennessee and many, many good times with your father.

When we were in FFG last summer we were told there are areas that allow manufactured homes, they can't be built everywhere in the area.

I hope I have that right, we were given a lot of info while we were there.

Try:

http://fairfieldglade.cc/_filelib/FileCabinet/ACC/2006_Manufactured_Home_Requirements_3-27-06.pdf?FileName=2006_Manufactured_Home_Requirement s_3-27-06.pdf (broken link)

This is the main page for the site that has the document above:

http://fairfieldglade.cc/fw/main/default.asp

If I find anything else I'll post.

Default Fairfield Glade Question

I have a question to residents of FFG who frequent this forum - are properties allowed to have fences in their yard for pets? I know this is a HOA restricted community-are there any regulations that should be noted?
Thank you

Check out http://www.fairfieldglade.cc/fw/main/Home-1.html (broken link)
Click Community Services, then Architectural Control, then Policies. This should help.

Default Thanks

I'll be sure to check out the site. I knew manufactured homes were only allowed in certain areas of The Glade but had never read the sctual regs.

Default FFG & Mfg Homes

Mfg. homes are allowed in a couple of areas and they must still meet the requirements of any other home as far as the setbacks, color, footings/skirts, etc. If checkout their community website at www.fairfieldglade.cc
you can look at the building rules/restrictions. Look under community services, architectural controls, mfg. homes. FFG is a wonderful looking retirement area, but they have lots of restrictions and rules.

Hope this helps..

Default Manufactured Homes In FFG

There is a section set aside in FFG for manufactured homes. Contact Julie Staggs at The Homes Connection. She can tell you all of the particulars associated with putting a home in FFG.
