Just an approximate area range there - but I've tried Googling modular home builders for that area, and can only find trailer's - no thanks!

Does anyone know of a manufacturer/builder for that approximate area - basically, ranging north of Knoxville to north of Cookeville.

Thanks for the info!

Have a blessed Easter!

Shen

Try "Nationwide Custom Homes". They have a link to builders that are authorize to work with their modular homes. Good Luck on your new home.

Thanks! I'll check out all three. Amazing quality that modulars have, at 1/3 the cost of a stick built. Yeh, there's things you've really got to watch, that aren't included in the price, but there's alot that we're going to do ourselves, cheaper for better quality, that we'll save on. We'll do the kitchen, bathrooms, possibly even the floors, and the siding ourselves.

blessings, Shen

Say, did you ever find a modular builder you're happy with. We're kind of looking into the same thing and, like you, are not getting much on a google search. Thanks.
