Hello,

I live in Cookeville, TN & attend TTU. I'm really looking for an apartment with reasonable rates & that will allow dogs over 35lbs. I am getting a siberian husky puppy soon. They are a very tame breed that doesn't bark much and aren't agressive at all. Can someone please tell me if there are any that allow dogs that big?

Thanks!

Max

I've lived in several different apt. complexes in Cookeville in my younger years and the only one I lived in that would take pets at all was the Putnam House apts. on E. 10th St.(although I'm sure there are others...)
They're older but have always been kept up to date with appliances and maintained well.
Has a good pool too...

I really dont know of any. We have employed lots of TTU students over the years and all that had pets rented homes instead of the complexes near campus. I dont mean to be rude and I know its none of my business, but is it really a good time to get puppy? Just saying because Ive seen too many situations where students get a pet, cant find an appartment or circumstances change and they cant keep the dog end up taking it to the shelter or are begging around trying to find a home for it. Please give that some thought.

Actually, Bock and Falcon Realty allow pets of course for an extra deposit.
