It's funny how life works! I bought a lot in Phase IV last year and was very much looking forward to build a house maybe within a year and move permanently within 4-5. I have had some contact with others in the list and they gave me some info about builders, etc. but now, things have changed and my future plans no longer accomodate this move to Hawks Bluff.
I am very dissapointed, but life is what it is. Moderator cut: cut
Thank you all.

My wife and I can't wait for our house to be done in Phase 1. The weather up there has been really nice and they are building a nice log home for us right now. Our plans are 3 years to be up there for good, but building now was the best plan ever.

WHen is it supposed to be done? We won't even close on our property for another 4-6 months. If my husband gets called to work, I just may have to rent your house.

House should be done Sept of this year. They are working on the roof and starting the interior now. Might be done sooner.

Lot-439. That area of the property is very pretty. I'm sure she will be asking me to hike up there with her. Your going to enjoy it.

NealPT, living in Hawks Bluff Phase1, I have been to the area you are talking about, Simmons Rd is marked. You are correct, there are no signs that say Hawks Bluff, however sounds like you did find it. The area off Simmons where the construction was happening is Hawks Bluff.

I have been trying to sell my mountain view Hawks Bluff property for 2 years. While its beautiful, the covenants state that you cannot place a for sale sign on your property as long as Hawks Bluff owns atleast 1 lot in the subdivision. Even though they have been sold out in my phase I, they still hold a lot and won't allow me to place a sign on the property. Why on earth would I consider building on that site now!!!! Cannot recommend..

What lot are you looking to sell. I have some interested in a lot in phase 1 and they are looking. Give me the lot number and I will ask them.
