I am looking to buy a plot of land in Jamestown just off of Pickett Park Highway. What kind of area is Jamestown?

I have spent quite a bit of time in that area riding horses, everyone that I have met has been very nice. Of course that is big horse country as it is so close to the Big South Fork Park and the Pickett State Park. Do you ride?

I bought property off of Pickett Park and had a house built here. What would you like to know?

I see that land is being sold and a Walmart and Walgreens is going up. Do you see expansion. There isn't alot of industry although I see they are building an industrial site. I checked out the chamber of commerce site for Fentress. Any thoughts?

It's a nice area, and I like the Pickett State Park. I hope to visit again soon. I live up the border in Kentucky. The park is fantastic, and it looks like a nice place overall too.
