I think you made a mistake reading the weather forecast. Corpus has never had a record low temperature as low as 0 or -10 degrees Fahrenheit.

Perhaps you clicked on the button to display the temperatures in Centigrade. If you do that you can find several record low temperatures in that range. But nothing like that is currently predicted.
