From your lips to God's ear,,, however I've been lied to by a weatherman before. I no longer trust them. I'd like to see the rain but I'll believe it when I see it.

Well its raining now, its been raining since 9:00pm, and it will continue to rain for a bit at least. Plus more rain is forecasted throughout the day today, tonight, and tomorrow. Be careful on the roads!

Was awakened this 4 AM by to sound of heavy rain on the roof. I swiched on the computer and brought up the S TX weather radar and it looked like someone threw up on the screen. This has been the best general rain event we've seen here in months, let's hope it lasts long enough to fill up some of the lakes.

Sure am. Its usually a good amount of excitement, but last week was too cold for people to be out, this week is too wet, and it looks like next week will be too cold and wet. So it makes for a long shift.

I sure miss the rain patterns that would hang around for days!! I remember Dec 1986 when we had rain and clouds for one whole month. We never see that anymore.
