Oh I quite like Russo's. The food is nice, not anything special, but the portions are so large! I could have split my $8.00 meal between myself and three friends.

The Green Papaya has pretty decent food. The staff can be hit or miss. It's nice for a change of pace.
Pizza State is a standby as well, when I can't get to B&J's Pizza.

Ate at the new IHOP yesterday here in Portland. Pretty nice restaurant... but I kept wondering when there was going to be a major accident with that kitchen door and the two-way traffic that kept going in and out!!!

The service was good, got the food to the table in about 15-20 minutes for 4 people. I could imagine they are still trying to iron out the "kinks" still, as they are a new restaurant. Next, I need to try the K-Bob's that just opened here as well!

Went to Cheddar's with my boyfriend last weekend. It was lovely. The portions were generous, the food was nice, our waiter was charming (I like when a waiter is nice to us even though we very obviously look like the broke college students we are), and the price was not bad. My only complaint is that my boyfriend's burger came out with mustard when he requested one without it. He has a thing about condiments.
