When my wife and I were on vacation a few years ago there was a guy that had a shop in downtown Rockport with hand made furniture that he made from scrap wood and whatever he could find. Really nice guy who did awesome work. He had some really nice pieces and we especially liked his wooden lounge chairs that he made in all sorts of colors and finishes. Well we just bought a new house and need some back yard furniture. I did the requisite Google search but no luck. I live in Oklahoma City so driving down to check it out is not an option. I was hoping someone local could help me out. Does anyone have any leads?

Hi, sounds like it might be Waterfront Artisan Workshop. If so, the craftsman's name is Ron Blue. Not sure I'm supposed to post a link but this is what I found (nice stuff):

You may be thinking of Waterfront Artisan's Workshop.
It's in this building, but the picture on google maps is old.
His phone is 361.230.9222. I don't think he has a real webpage, just a facebook page that he doesn't update regularly.

He made us a boat shaped bookcase, and is in the process of making us a wine rack.
On edit, I see that someone else beat me to it.
