I hope you're right, Gabe, but I'll believe it when I see it.

Some utility work begins on the Outlet Mall in Robstown, while construction has been delayed with the rain.

It looks like we could see construction begin on this by the beginning of the year.
I'm sorry, but this development isn't happening. The land owner will just flip the property after getting the zoning change, etc.

Same here. Would rather have a big Academy, or even a Cabela's.

Alamo Drafthouse Building at Staples and Yorktown.

This will be built instead of the "Movies and More" which was supposed to be the same concept with the addition of laser tag and bowling.

I am kind of disappointed to hear that the draft house will not be built in the SEA District as previously planned. It would have been more of a regional attraction as opposed to a neighborhood attraction at Staples/Yorktown. It would have been a catalyst to more development in the SEA District. Is it possible that they could build a second location?

Oh well. At least we are still getting it. Now we need a Costco.

Yikes. This is worthy of excitement in corpus? That's somewhat depressing.

Not as depressing as the recent gift from Rep. Blake Farenthold (R-Texas) whom represents the fate of local voters and their children.

Rep. Blake Farenthold Joked Online...

Or the falling price of West Texas Intermediate (WTI) over the past three months.
