Hi all. Well I might possibly be moving to Corpus Christi next year. Anyway, my main concern is what the schools are like in this area, especially when it comes to special needs kids. My 4 year old son has autism and right now he is in a public school here in FL in a very small prek class. I am very happy with this school and hate to have to move my son to a different school but I guess thats the military for ya.. I would appreciate any advice on this. Thanks!

I am on the school board in the CC area. CC schools are mixed -its best to live outside of town and have your kids go to Gregory Portland- Aransas County ISD, Calallen or Flour Bluff.

I did publish an article on the different districts but don't have a link.

Aransas County (Rockport) ISD is known for its special education.
