When I was a kid in the early 1980's, my friend's dad took took us on a trip to Corpus early in the morning. We all got onto a boat with a bunch of other people (maybe a dozen) which took us into the bay for a short fishing trip.

I remember the boat having multiple decks for fishing. It was not a huge boat, but bigger than a personal style yacht. And I also remember the upper deck seemed like it was open. My friend was standing near the railing as the boat traveled back to the mainland, and I was sitting in the middle of the deck. I think I was sitting on a kind of rectangular shaped bench in the middle of that top deck.

If anyone knows if there is a name for this style of yacht, please let me know. I have been trying to find pictures of it. Thanks.
