Hey all, I'm moving to Corpus in August and will be looking to start some kayak fishing on the weekends and getting involved with sports in the area (pretty much all sports) and I love disc golf. If youre moving down there soon or are down there and want to plan on doing some of that together or have tips on where and when some of those things happen (namely the sports haha) you should reply on here or message me.

Go here: "Port O'Connor is killing me"

Site: Port O'Connor is killing me - 2CoolFishing

Read the six pages of post. You will see reference made to the Myrtle Foester Whitmire Unit/ Aransas National Wildlife Refuge. Pay close attention: Completed Projects - Guadalupe-Blanco River Trust

Consider, Port O'Connor and Seadrift were the secret areas in the early 90's. Always superior to Corpus and Port Aransas for game fish and ducks. Sold my property near Seadrift, on San Antonio Bay, for 5 times what I paid for it 10 years previously. In reading the post you will understand why I mention this.

Suggest after digesting those post you Google > "Just World Fallacy" < Now you know as much as I did 10 years ago. I fished from La Pesca, Mexico ( 7th. Pass ) to the North Matagorda Ship Channel Jetty - and saw the future, End Game.

I think there's a local kayaking group on meetup.com.

And there's a disc golf course at Lamar Park.
