Im black and wondering if the city would have a problem hiring a black teacher also

I think there is always a need for special education teachers and you would not have a problem being hired because you're black. Do keep in mind that blacks make up only about 5% of the population in CC, which is predominantly Hispanic. Don't know of that's a concern for you or not.
