Hello and thanks in advance for reading/replying...I'm making a move from San Antonio to Rockport. Here in SA we only have one option for electricity, CPS. I am in the process of setting up utilities and I am not sure how to make the best decision when it comes to shopping for energy providers. Any and all help is appreciated!

You know, I was there for 9 days before I had to evacuate. It's just so crazy. I was fortunate to find that my little cottage is still standing. It suffered some minor damages and a bit of water and debris got in, but it's not bad. I just can't wait to get back already. I hope you weren't destroyed as well. It's a very sad thing.
