Hi all. Well I plan on relocating to corpus christi (my hometown). I am looking for either an apartment or a home to rent. The cost of apartments has gotten so expensive that I wonder if renting a house would be better, but of course with a house comes more bills and expenses. Anyway I am currently in South Carolina and have turned in my notice to vacate so I need to find a place by end of January. Staying with family for an extended amount of time is not an option as my mom and stepdad have a small house with 1 bathroom. So I do have a 4 year old, so I would like to find a safe area to live in with decent schools. I have not lived in corpus in a very long time so im sure things have changed. Anyway, I appreciate any suggestions . Thanks all

Right now the Woodbury apartments have an all bills paid kind of deal. They are under new management and from what I've heard, everything seems to be running smoothly. Give them a call on the current prices.
