Perhaps you should look into Port Aransas as well. I don't know what the market is like there, though - I would assume it would be pretty expensive.

Port Aransas is very costly.. but doable.. We looked into moving there a few months back.. even stayed there for a couple weeks and investigated it as an option. If I can swing it, you can. Great thing about being out there is you can get up about 4am, walk the beach, come home shower, eat breakfast kiss the wife and kids and be off to work energized for the day ahead.

Trust me....you do not want to make the trip from Port A every day. It's a pretty long haul to make it out to Ingleside.
