Vacationing in Port Aransas in early to mid July. Is there any can't miss things in Port A?

So, nothing out of the ordinary in Port Aransas? NO hidden gems, so to speak?

Port A is pretty small, you can't miss much there! Kids love it every time we go there.

One thing you can do in Port Aransas is go snorkeling. If you do anything it should be that. It's a tiny place. There's a lot of stores selling beachy stuff and a great place to rent bicycles. From the entrance to the island take the main road left to almost the end of the island and you'll see a brown shopping center. There's a bike rental place there and the staff is friendly. Watch the undertow in some places. There will be signs.

There is a dolphin tour I highly recommend called Dolphin Connection which I think is actually in nearby Ingleside. It's inexpensive, informative and very up-close and personal.
