Fattest city in the USA(according to Men's Health magazine). I remember a few years ago there was some other magazine that listed "the dumbest cities" and we ranked #2 just behind Fort Wayne, Indiana. Well not this time. We are alone at the top. Congratulations to all those who made this possible. Maybe we should convert the Coliseum into an "all you can eat buffet".

Glad I live in Rockport- we have better schools at least - not sure about the porkers though.

Mississippi must be upset to have lost the title. I cant imagine why they would think that about Corpus, with so many cool things to do in the region, you would think it would be one of the last on that list. Ahh well I still Love ya Corpus.. don't let this get ya down.

I wonder how they determine the overall "fatness"? I mean it really doesn't seem like the number of fatties in CC greatly exceeds any other place in America.

Nah, the USA is full of lardasses -- Corpus just has a few more of them than other places do. As I was born in CC, this isn't good news.

But it really doesn't look that way. I've been to like 20 other states and hundreds of different towns and cities and I can name at least 10 places at the top of my head that seem to have a lot more porkers than CC. San Antonio will be one of them.

San Antonio, El Paso and Houston were all in the top 10. We're a fat city in a fat state in a fat country.
