Anyone gone on a cruise from Boston to Montreal? Which line/ship, how did you like it? What shore excursions were available, which did you take? What month did you go?

What ship were you on? We had a nice smooth ride to Roatan, etc last week.

I got sick on Navy ships, but never on a cruise ship. 7 cruises.

WE did Quebec City all the way to Ft Lauderdale a few years ago and had no problems. The experience of so many ports in Canada and New England was unbelievable.

Which cruise line? I thought they all started and ended in NY or Boston?

The cruise lines move the ships south as winter approaches. They are repositioning trips.

I love the New England cruises and usually do the positioning Nmnita mentioned. I'm going again in 2018, Quebec to FLL on the Royal Princess.

I have sailed from NY to Montreal and didn't think it was particularly rough, but there is no way to plan for it. There can always be storms moving up the coast depending on what happens with the hurricane or tropical season.

We started in Quebec City and did the 10 or 12 day, I can't remember for sure on Princess. It was the fall positioning cruise. The ports were awesome though I am not a fan of Princess.
