As expected my cruise was cancelled and I'm totally fine with it. I went with the cash refund and cancelled my flight and got an ecredit with the airline.

Best case scenario really... no plans to go anywhere in 2020. Flying looks so incredibly not fun that I'm good with waiting till 2021 and if the cruiselines and airlines aren't bankrupt take a vacation then.

I'm sorry for the change in plans, but not surprised that they cancelled. Good decision to take the cash.

Thanks... yeah at the end of the day I decided the cash was a much better option over a FCC for a cruise that might not happen for a year or more... if ever.

I personally am not in fear of catching COVID while cruising at all... I'm more in fear of them going bankrupt and losing my money or FCC which was why I went that route.

2020 has been the worst year ever...

2021 can't get here soon enough.
