Nice quality control they have going on there. You would think something that has such importance, like someone's life, would have multiple layers of quality control.

I have a 23 YO nephew that would be in jail now if not for her handling the testing. (Heroin addict )

They say it affected many thousands of cases, even cases where defendants pleaded down( guilty) to get less years in jail and they opened the jail doors and let them out.

Human Beings should never be put in cages for putting stuff into their own bodies.

This woman is either very evil, or very stupid. But so is the law.

Yes, human beings should be locked up in cases where they have committed violence on someone else. But doing drugs should not be anything more than a day in jail to sober up.

They said she was a "people pleaser" who did it to appear more effective and faster to her superiors. I too can't believe that someone's entire life could come down to one person's morals and competence, with no double-checks required. I too think she should have gotten more time. They said looking back at all the cases she was involved in was going to cost the state somewhere around 7 million. This doesn't include lawsuits of course, which I'm sure are coming, and rightly so.
