I am in the security field (Homeland Security) has made many changes to Security since *9/11. Before 9/11 Security was not as near as "tight" as it is now all around the world. The air port security has had the biggest change and for the better. Schools all need to update their security, cameras, ID's, and only have one enter and exit door. All signs of a shooter are there, it's all of us that need education to be able to see the signs. The movie, "Lie to Me" is one area where we all need education, the non verbal communication signs.

I haven't seen that film. I'll have to check it out. Thanks.

At least gun control proponents have a rational reason for ignoring those man bites dog stories. Statistically you are more likely to be accidentally killed with your own gun then to use that gun to kill someone else in self-defense. The numbers are astronomically greater, when children are involved.
Children don't have a right to keep and bear arms, and a substantial portion of the of the "children" injured by guns are involved in unlawful activity..

"PHOENIX - A 17-year-old was accidentally shot to death by his friend after burglarizing a Phoenix home Tuesday afternoon."

Here's some more "good little boys":

A "rational" reason to keep a gun in your house is to protect yourself from your neighbor's little "snowflake".

The NRA gun fanatics not only believe that children have a right to keep and bear arms, but they believe that they have a responsibility to be armed, starting in the first grade.

Oh sure.. that's a widely-held view among NRA members. (not).

Well the people who produce videos for the NRA seem to think that those views will appeal to their members. They sure aren't producing that crap, for non-NRA viewers, who just think they are nuts.

Default Fifth Victim Dies Friday Evening

Back to why some of us are following this story, a fifth victim and cousin of the shooter has died.

Another teen wounded in Wash. school shooting dies

Sending heart-felt grief to ALL the parents who lost children from the shooting two weeks ago. It must be a living HELL for each set of parents to hear another teen has died. At some level they re-experience what they felt when told there child was dead.
