Fortunately, the dispatcher did not take her call lightly, instead he became intuitive and analyzed her situation very carefully.

I read a post in a comment made by the dispatcher. He almost did hang up because he thought it was another prank call. I'm glad she was able to communicate with him. He saved the day!
That was a wonderful Computer Programmer who set up the systems to do the data mining to have a phone number back trace thru the Past Caller database look up to provide the information.

Yes most people are so dumbed down/brainwashed now they wouldnt pick up on it!!
I saw this on my facebook feed the other day but I often wonder how many of these stories are made up considering they come from websites with the most random names, like "xolxol"
