Why not pray before your food is set on the table? It gives you more room.
Every time I order fajitas from there, waiters/waitresses say "be careful, it's very hot". I would be disappointed if it was cold.
I think it's still pretty funny! I feel bad that he got burned, but to trying to sue Applebees for that is completely absurd.
