Arkansas State Rep. Justin Harris was involved in an adoption of a 6-year-old girl. Six months later, she was “re-homed” as it were, evidently regifted – right into the hands of a sexual predator who raped her. Now State Rep. Harris is under fire for his potential connection to the abuser.
