S.C. Officer Justin Craven Faces Felony Charge For Fatally Shooting Unarmed Black Man In His Driveway

North Augusta officer Justin Craven was charged Tuesday with discharging a gun into an occupied vehicle in the February 2014 death of Ernest Satterwhite, the State Law Enforcement Division said in a release.

I guess killing the driver was just coincidental - and didn't matter.

Grand Jury only indicted him for "Misconduct in Office."

One of many reasons I don't lead the police on a 9 mile chase. If they aren't pissed off at me, the chances of them murdering me drops tremendously.

Yeah, boy! If all these "unarmed black men" were behaving themselves prior to getting shot dead, I'd give a damn.

Killing an unarmed person is murder. Having prior records or convictions does not give any cop the right to murder a citizen.

There's stories of cops shooting and killing "unarmed dogs" too. On private property. So what, will that make you care now?

Not always.

(second statement is true.)

Shouldn't matter whether or not they're pissed off at you. If emotion conflicts with job performance maybe they should find another job that doesn't **** them off.

I wouldn't lead them on a 9 mile chase either though...
