My dog has locked herself in the car twice when the keys were inside and is also an expert at rolling the windows up and down at the worst times.

"No citation issued" a sad indictment on todays supposedly "professional" CDL holder's expectation of responsibility by authorities responsible for compliance.

What a farce that would have had a far different result had some kid on a bike been run over.

An idling truck left untended sitting RUNNING without both parking and trailer spring brakes engaged? In what universe does that not warrant a citation. I can see a dog inadvertently pushing in one spring brake release button on the dash, but both?

A reasonably current Freightliner and If an AutoShift gen II a simple nudge by a dogs nose or foot against the shifter or up arrow would put the thing in gear.

Guy should be sanctioned for breaking any number of CDL requirements of leaving a truck unattended under a number of conditions not met.

Lol.

The lady said the dog showed no remorse and was jumping around like a... dog.

Good story. Glad nobody got hurt.
