I'm normally someone who has harsh words for the way some blacks live their lives, but this latest arrest thing is really bad for the police. It looks like they did not properly belt him in and they ignored his pleas for medical help.
I realize there are two sides to every story, and this will all come out at their trials.
Does anyone know why Marilyn Mosby, Baltimore State's Attorney, didn't file charges BEFORE Baltimore was burned and looted? She's trying to come across as Hero of the Day,,, and I'm not saying she isn't,,, I'm just wondering where she was before the rioting? I can't keep up with all the information coming out, so I'd appreciate it if someone else can shed a little light on this.
She had to have the autopsy report as part of her investigation, the autopsy report was not sent to prosecutors until this morning. The conclusion of the forensic pathologist was that Freddie Grays death was a homicide
This will be a case where every asset will be brought to bear to find the officers guilty.. more so than other criminal cases.
I'm not sure if there wasn't some purposeful overcharging in this case to apply pressure upon the defendants to seperate them...
I hope we see vigorous defense teams of lawyers.. I fear not but I hope so... I hope so so that our system can be tested and trusted... for now I'm not sure their will be blind justice...
It will remind me of the Rodney king trial ... and how its going to be a long hot summer in our cities and how any injustice perceived or real will be met with riotous behavior... for me personally I look to moving from California to living in small town America somewhere as far from this stuff as I can get.
Will the victims of the burning and looting be given the same "justice" as the cops? People were injured, lives overturned, jobs lost and dreams shattered. What about them???? <crickets>

No one died.
But I'm sure those arrested for that type of destruction will be arrested and charged.
It was a black man killed by the police. Why does the race of one police officer matter? This was S.O.P. in Baltimore for years.
Just to be clear, apparently three of the six cops were "of color."
This whole thing is explosive because of race. It will be interesting to watch the reactions of the Baltimore community toward these police officers and the whole situation now that more and more facts are coming forward.
