Yup happened in February 2014. Cop was stupid. He was fired. Case closed.

He didn't apear for his court hearing either. The judge should have put a warrant out for his arrest.

His case isn't heard until the 18th of May this year, right? On May 1st his attorney showed up and said they wanted all charges dropped but the judge said no, and his client shouldn't have been a no show.
