Its a large company that trains and provides security at all levels worldwide. Inevitably that are going to train someone that turns out to be a bad egg.

Hell, the CIA trained Al-Qaeda. It was great idea to train terrorists when they were fighting the Soviet Union when they invaded Afghanistan, but it's not such a good idea when they turn on you. This is why the United States is now very reluctant to give weapons to either side in Civil wars, today's freedom fighters could very well end up tomorrow's terrorists that threaten United States security.
