Couldn't agree more. Kraft was key in getting Goodell hired, he might be the NFL commissioner, but it's the owners who control the strings.

Not that this will happen, but honestly I'd love for Kraft to tell Goodell to get bent. Say that we're a team and if one person did this, we all did. Then say since Brady is suspended 4 games, the Patriots are going to stand as an organization with him and not play those 4 games. The loss of revenue for the NFL would be insane.

That would be hilarious...

Perhaps all that Kraft wants is a settlement. Also Kraft is pretty well known for being boisterous. Remember he asked the league for an apology when the initial allegations came out and the ball boy stepped forward claiming responsibility (no word if he was paid off and if so, how much.)

VERY surprised, but Goodell upheld the fine and suspension, so it appears.

Now we go to court.....

With NO evidence, isn't it going to be hard to prove that Brady was involved?

Won't Goodell end up looking silly?

OOOOPs....never mind...on further reading, it appears Brady destroyed his cell phone....."Destroyed Evidence"....and the courts will view that for what it is.

Game over. Brady sits for four games. Looks like a tool. Still a kazillionaire.

It is going to taint Bradys legacy.

He will be HOF on the 1st ballot. He already has earned it without this SB.

he is a 1st ballot HOFer and in the argument as one of the greatest QB's to ever play the game....if that is a tainted legacy, i am not seeing what the problem is

It is a big to do about nothing. Taking the air pressure a few degrees is not gonna change that much I mean the offensive line still has to block the QB still has to make an accurate throw, the receiver still have to get open if the ball is a little easier to catch it does not change that. If it makes that much of a difference why during the Indy game did they change the balls at Halftime and the Patriots still scored a bunch?

Brady and/or the NFLPA will most likely file a lawsuit now. I think that means Brady can play until the case is adjudicated and closed.

Im not even sure Goodell will let it get to a court room. It'd be a big hoopla to bring in players and owners and air all of the NFL behind the scene workings.

Honestly it's almost August, can we just move on and focus on the football season.
