I believe that would be only a regional threat to SKorea if true, but that's bad enough ...... we're obligated to help SKorea if it is attacked, and that could lead to something very bad. Submarines would be much harder to defend against than land missiles, which can be seen as they prepare to launch. Their bombs are smallish but completely under the control of a man who once had his uncle eaten alive by dogs, and who recently executed one of his former friends for nodding off during one of his speeches.
