Since alcohol causes bad behavior, let's just ban it!

Except Tosh makes fun of them and unlike nerfed shows actually shows people getting pretty badly hurt from their stupidity.

If anything, I think TOSH performs a service as they show the failures prominently along with the repercussions instead of stupid stunts that the guy got away with.

A child-like fixation by adults for things that burn and go bang inevitably leads to a portion of those adults harming themselves and/or others.

It is sad for his family and friends. I'm sure this guy was the life of the party and probably had a lot of friends and people who admired his spunk. In spite of the fact that he died very young by doing something incredibly stupid, I can't help, but think that even he would find something humorous in the way he died.

You never heard of the story of the young mother who, while high, placed her baby's car seat on top of the car for a moment, forgot she was there (because she was high) then drove away, with the baby still on top of the car? Thank God the car seat saved the baby's life, but needless to say mom was in trouble. Because she was high. On marijuana.

Police: Mom leaves baby on top of car, drives off

Ditto for those that like to swim, like animals, photography, riding bicycles and a host of other activities that can be dangerous if engaged in a stupid manner.

Should we start mocking people into photography and animals because of the tourist gored in Yellowstone?

Consider the recoil of a hand gun, or a rifle, or a shot gun. Think of what the recoil on a mortar would be. Now, put it on top of your head. Now shoot it.

Dumb arse.
