That's a low body count for Chicago. They must be getting people to Medical quicker so they don't die.

Or they are really bad shots.

Mass consumption of malt liquor (especially mixed with other narcotics) can severely limit the quality of straight shots. Throw in a little summer heat and it can skew things a bit.

Maybe the mayors of Chicago and Baltimore should start a contest of sorts. Of course, it will be open to people of all races, yet it will only be dominated by one.
