WTH is an undocumented resident? They are illegal aliens. You're wrong, 60% of border jumpers are Mexicans. Of the 40% of visa over stayers many of them are Mexicans also. Is it any wonder that his remarks were aimed at Mexican here illegally?

Trump claimed that Mexicans were "rapists and murderers". That's why he's being called a racist, and that's why he's losing all his business. It has zero to do with whether the Mexican in question has papers or not.
He was referring to Mexican illegals. Only a complete idiot or someone with an agenda would deny that. Why should he or any other law abiding American give a path to citizenship to those who violated our immigration laws? Not only that but we need the jobs they are holding. Many Mexican illegals are rapists and murderers. Don't you ever read the news? Mexican isn't a race and since when is it racist to denote the pitfalls of illegal immigration?

He's losing some business because they pander to illegal aliens and their ethnocentric Hispanics to increase their profits. It's really that simple.

If half ARE from one single country, all the more reason to make that country the focus of the debate. I'm seeing statistics that say 52% on the low end and 64% on the high. Obviously it would depend on the year and the shape of our respective country's economies. Trump actually said he was talking about illegal immigrants from everywhere, but it makes sense to focus on the people coming over from next door. The pro-illegal lobby itself has made Mexico and Mexicans the crux of their argument.

Again, watch the entire speech from beginning to end. Millions of Hispanic Americans have roots going back in this country hundreds of years and have never been to Mexico. Why is 'illegal immigrant' always read as any/all Mexican-descended people everywhere? It shouldn't be.

I don't think it is read that way. Illegal is illegal, without Citizenship or Papers to prove Citizenship was achieved. Its pretty cut and dried.
