In a statement, Jurgens insists he acted out of concern for public safety. But the police department determined the amount of force used in the incident was “not appropriate.” Fredericksburg Police rules say officers cannot use a Taser on someone who is behind the wheel of a car or anyone who is “passively resisting,” according to WTVR.

Usually I'd be all over the police lack of professionalism. But upon reading the actual story I have more questions than answers. Not sure what transpired there.
