A little recap of this situation.

The state of Texas has determined that the arresting officer in this case violated department procedures.

Then Waller County screwed up the autopsy and had to beg the family to return the body so they could do another one.

DPS: Trooper who pulled over Sandra Bland violated procedures

violated the department's procedures regarding traffic stops and the department's courtesy policy.

Bureaucrats trying to cover their backsides by saying he wasn't nice enough.

If not, please tell us specifically what procedures he violated.

Blacks and police don't mix, just the truth. Most of my black friends are fearful of police and some of them flat out hate police and call them pigs, police are just indifferent to me they have some good ones and some bad ones like most professions. I am a minority being Middle Eastern and Jewish I never had any bad experiences with police for the most part. I heard for Latinos of dark complexion and blacks the police tend to be more aggressive with them or so I have heard.

Yea I'm Latino myself and I have never had a bad experience with police neither other then say a couple had an attitude.
