The fact is the only logical reason for her to have this server at her house is so she could be the arbiter of what emails are archived. Also fact is out of a random sample of 40 emails 2 were top secret, there is 30K more of them which means there is potentially thousands that were top secret. Also fact is had she been a employee of the State Department she would have been terminated immediately and probably arrested on the spot.

As this story evolves it's going to blow up in her face, you can speculate all you want about what may or may not have been deleted. I suspect that is going to become the sideshow, the intelligence community is going to take very seriously this breach of nationality security. That is not something that is going to slide by.

Clinton is basically guilty of the same thing as Petreaus. Whether the consequences are the same remains to be seen.
