He's practically a cop -- a former corrections officer. People nip back and forth between police work and corrections work all the time. And this one sounds like a fine specimen indeed.

Thought crime is becoming very real. Welcome to 1984.
Yes, that's a thought crime, but building bombs with nails is not just a thought crime. The nails were not in there to uproot trees, as the perp claimed.

Are they similar to those we would call the kamakazi last chance law school? Did their graduates become ambulance chasers and barely passe the bar exams?

Whew! Good thing that law enforcement is going after these white supremacists! Imagine another 911!

Before you say it, yes, I remember timothy McVeigh.

I'm actually glad that this creep didn't cause harm to any others, but you cannot prosecute someone for having hateful slogans, flags and pictures on your wall......every leftie in America would be held for having pictures of barry on their walls!

Look at all the innocents that barry has killed.

This may be a shock to you, but the First Amendment isn't protection against people drawing conclusions about you based on what you say and do.

This is a half hour or so away from me. Timothy McVeigh territory, too.

(Wheatfield is one town over from Pendleton, where McVeigh was raised from age ten through age eighteen)
