Vatican astronomer says aliens exist but is unlikely to have been visited by Jesus | Daily Mail Online

HaHahahahahahah, still beating a dead horse. Hum, so the church just suddenly changed its tune after persecuting scientists for 5 centuries.

I think the best way to make money is to start a "religion".

It worked for L. Ron Hubbard.

I guess the Vatican is trying to compete with George Noory and Art Bell.

One would have to be willfully ignorant to look up into a clear, un light polluted, night sky and think that we are the only things out there, and that's just in our own Milky Way galaxy.

I've often wondered, why would a "God" create something so self destructive?

Credit a pope like no other for any evolving the church does at this time.

But, they have changed their opinion on a number of things throughout the years. Catholics know this, but I wouldn't expect non-Catholics to be aware of it.

Since pope Francis came into office he's been a very controversial character to say the least. I was Catholic for well over 45 years, and this man scares me. I walked away from the Catholic Church because I don't need to worship any man or kiss his ring, plus the whole priest pedophiles thing. I believe as they do that Jesus died for me- but that's where any other similarity ends. The Vatican flip flops on subjects as often as a freshly beheaded chicken does. Even if God created other races, then why not mention them in the Bible? "But unlikely to have been visited by Jesus" ? Guess the Vatican has a special calling plan straight to Jesus's desk so they can discuss weighty matters such as ET.. The Vatican/Roman Catholic Church never ceases to amaze me with the poppycock that they say and do. No wonder people are turned off by traditional religions.

Not Catholic here, never have been....but I am honestly SHOCKED by the number of catholic friends I have that have mentioned the work "Antichrist" in the same sentence with his name.....at first I thought it a fluke, but about the 4th or 5th time it really started to hit home.....

While I don't think that Francis is the Anti-Christ, I do think that he is a pre-cursor to the Anti-Christ. Read these about Francis. The Last Pope Is Pope Francis the False Prophet? | Endtime Ministries with Irvin Baxter
I just find the man very dangerous as he is an obvious Socialist.

Interesting read and not being catholic or knowing much if anything about the religion, who knows....but I am AMAZED at how many Roman Catholic friends I know that are scared by this current pope that thought he was "amazing" originally when he was appointed.
