Whydidnt she just get her network accreditated? Difficult but not impossible and protects the government's classified information.

Was this a simple " oh crap I just replied to that on my cell phone instead of logging in to my secure server" kind of error? I've seen doctors do that with HIPAA protected information by mistake, but is wasn't wanton disregard for the law.

Was this carelessness or was there criminal intent?

I'm no Hilary fan. But is this another expensive witch hunt that will amount to nothing anyway? We've seen that a lot with both Clinton's. Can you imagine if we went digging around in Cheney's dirty laundry? People would start disappearing.
The why seems pretty obvious to me. She doesn't trust the Obama Administration, she wants to control what the public will see about her, and she was probably mixing government business with the Clinton Foundation. It's hard to believe this woman once was on the committee investigating Watergate because she seems so very similar to Nixon in her secrecy and paranoia.

And hopefully a similar Nixon end of her career aspirations.

It was not a mistake and it for sure at the very least was a most callous disregard of information and responsibility.
